:. Bunker and On/Off Hire Surveys:                ^TOP
TCS can co-ordinate bunkering and lube oil delivery, and will ensure correct procedures are followed to protect vessel and customer interests. Bunkering operation can take place at any time during port call or when the vessel is off port limits. Following services is normally performed.

- Co ordination with vessel, bunker supplier, large operator, surveyors and other relevant parties
- Plan bunkering not to conflict with vessel/cargo operation.
- Monitor timing of quantities, grades and method of delivery
- Appoint independent surveyors
- Crew Assistance

TCS can arrange for inspection of On/Off Hire Survey from the start or completion of a charter of a ship. Importantly the inspection will notes damages to the holds, areas of the decks and the ship in general including shipside plating as can be inspected from the wharf or from the deck of the ship with fair wear and tear accepted. TCS can arrange bunker survey, which is usually carried out with this survey. As independent surveyors we have often represented both the owner and the charterer in carrying out these surveys
